Try or Do?
A quick "meditation" from master Yoda..
A great quote that has application to Christians comes from Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back. Master Yoda is training with young Luke Skywalker on the Jedi force in the swamp, when the plane begins to sink in the swamp. Master Yoda wants Luke to use the force to bring the plane back to surface. Luke, with hesitancy says, "ahhh alright, I'll give it a try." Master Yoda responds... "NO, try not...DO or do not.... there is no try."
Once Yoda brings the plane out of the swamp, Luke says, "I don't believe it," and Yoda responds "that is why you fail."
